You may apply to the RRF by postal mail or use electronic means:

• Application by postal mail:

  Print out the application form (see Word document), complete and submit this
  together with all the requested documents in triplicate to the Secretariat.

  The printed application form can also be obtained from the Secretariat.
  

• Application by electronic means:

  Download the application form (see Word document), fill in all the required information,
  and send it by e-mail attachment to the Secretariat.

Any of the requested documents that cannot be submitted by
e-mail attachment has to be sent in triplicate by postal mail.
